What Is Ouiji?

Ouiji is an application designed to simplify the data merger and migration process for developers. Originally designed to generate import files to migrate data from external and varied data sources into OpenText, it has since evolved to allow for the transition of data into any custom format.

Why use Ouiji?

Data migration is not always a simple process. Data sources may be badly designed and normalized. Related data required by a system may be spread across an environment, and it can be difficult and time consuming to merge data into new and more usable forms.

Ouiji allows you to centralize data transformation, simplifying the process while drastically reducing time and resource requirements.

Ouiji is a standalone product available for WIndows Operating Systems enabling data analysts to easily merge disparate data sources and transform the data into new formats. Merge data from database catalogues, XML files, Excel spreadsheets and character delimited files and export the merged data into custom data formats.
